Apartment in an old restored monumental building in Umbria, close to Gualdo Cattaneo.
For the guests: common space (with fresco's and muzzles of l'oeil), garden with swimming pool, playground and other facilities.
There are a total of 5 apartments belonging to the building. The accommodation, situated panoramic over the hill, is located on an estate of 120 hectares, with olive and fruit trees (where olive oil is still produced). Production and sale of homemade olive oil. There is also the possibility of a guided tour to the wine cellars.
The owners have agreements with various restaurants in the nearby area regarding discounts for their guests.
The location makes it easy to visit the cities in the surrounding : Foligno within 16 km, Assisi within 27 km, Spoleto within 36 km, Perugia within 39 km, Rome within approx. 2,5 hours drive.
Internal of the residence is a restaurant where you can have dinner.
In the Agriturismo you will taste the wine "Montefalco Rosso" and "Sagrantino" local products, and you will prove the flagrancy of extra virgin olive juice just.
From Agriturismo, with short journeys by car, you can bear to visit the most important centres in the region such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto and others.
From 14 to 24 June in Bevagna held the "Market Gaite" historical evocation of life in the Middle Ages and development of tavernas where you taste the food kitchen umbra.
We can organize trips around and riding in the countryside between the vineyards of Sagrantino secular and olive groves.
Other events such as the "Festival of the Two Worlds" held in Spoleto the first two weeks of July, the event "Genius Loci" held in various locations including Gualdo Cattaneo "at the end of July that combines music with the proper wine, and traditional event in Gualdo Cattaneo at the end of August with the historic costume, taverns and music.
