Large and comfortable villa in Denia, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 8 persons. The villa is situated in a hilly and urban area, at 2 km from La Marineta beach and at 3 km from Denia centro.

      “Lage im Wohngebiet ist gut, der Garten und das Grundstück sind sehr groß und gepflegt. Im Inneren ist alles ordentlich und sauber, jedoch nicht ganz so hübsch wie es auf den Fotos den Anschein hat, die Möbel und Ausstattung der Zimmer sind nur durchschnittlich. Bilder und auch Lichter dürfen bei dem Mietpreis einfach etwas hochwertiger und dekorativer sein. Ein toller Pool entschädigt, auch die Klimatisierung der Zimmer ist 1a, eine weitere Anlage im Wohnzimmer wäre wünschenswert.”
