Typical Majorcan villa on an extensive property

The villa is located between Ca'n Picafort and Santa Margarita in a beautiful natural landscape with mountain view.

The villa is preserved in Majorcan style, is located on a 14000m² fenced property. It has two bedrooms with wall cupboards. The master bedroom has a double bed (160cm) and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. An extra bed as well as a cot and a highchair are available. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. In the living and dining room is a fireplace made of iron, two sofas and chairs for six people. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating and air conditioning are also available .

The extensive property offers a 8x4 metre pool with a garden as well as fruit and almond trees. Seating, deckchairs, sunshade and a grill/barbecue are available.

Access to the property is via an entrance gate with remote control.

3.5 km away is the beach of Playa de Muro and the tourist quarter of Ca'n Picafort with restaurants, bars and other leisure facilities. The Parque Natural de la Albufera nature park with hiking and biking trails is also nearby. Alcudia with its historic quarter and the harbour can be reached in 20 minutes by car. From here you can take the ferry to Ciutadella on the island of Menorca. There are numerous hiking trails in the region of Pollença and the Sierra de Tramuntana, which can be reached in 30 minutes by car. A golf course can also be reached in 20 minutes by car. The location is ideal for undertaking various sports activities.

    “Very recommendable!
    Make sure That You have a rental car though, that is not optional.
    The house has everything you can possibly want.
    The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need.
    The typical spanish interior is cozy and warm and the setup of the rooms make sense.
    The picture you see are 100% accurate.

    Outside you have a very nice large green garden with a large pool, big BBQ and beyond that an even larger area with some fruit trees.
    It is located between Can Picafort and Santa Margalida and it 's 100% private.
    Also, the entire perimeter is closed off so we brough our dog with us!
    He had a blast there with us and he was bootable to roam freely :)

    The owners of the house are extremely friendly and helpful.
    They made sure we had a great holiday and was bootable to answer all of our questions.
