House amidst wonderful nature between Felingsbro and the Väringen waterways

This old house from the late 19th century is in an absolutely quiet location and was renovated, with the aim of preserving the flair of this past era.

The house provides around 80m² of living space and can accommodate up to six people. The colours, wallpaper, flooring and other details all appear very inviting. The kitchen with a cosy sitting corner provides all the necessary modern electrical appliances, along with a built-in oven and wood-burning stove. Apart from these sources of heating, there are electric radiators in every room. The parents’ bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other beds are upstairs, more suitable for children due to the low and sloped ceilings.

The house is surrounded by a lovely plot of land. Garden furniture is provided. You can park right by the house.

A cot and a highchair are available. Please note that electricity is only included in the rental price during the high season. Use of a small boat is included and you can hire an electric motor in addition.

The area is hilly and slightly elevated and there are forests right behind the house. The landscape is characterised by forests and agricultural areas.

    The house is very quiet on the edge of the forest about 6km to the next larger town. it can only be reached via a dirt road. One should exercise caution when driving on the same.

    On household utensils very well equipped, modern appliances (stove, dishwasher, washing machine), decent Wi-Fi (if you 's needed).
    Very well maintained property, with plenty of space for children to play.
    The environment is rather rural, lots of forest & field all around. The nearby river is very scenic and can be explored with the in-house boat.
    Fishing permits are available in Fellingsbro, € 16 per week. However, the waters are not among the best that Sweden has to offer. You should not expect capital.
    In about 20 minutes you are in Örebro, there is also decent urban (night) life to find.
    Also, there are some nature reserves around the city with hiking opportunities and good spots for ornithologists.
    The proximity to Stockholm (about 150 km) is perfect for day trips there.
