This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom holiday villa with high end equipment is located at the foothill of the magnificent Biokovo mountain which is a protected nature park. It is designed for top quality summer holiday, with a beautiful swimming pool and terrace, on which you will find a number of sunbeds, whirlpool and sauna with wonderful views across the landscape. On the ground floor there is the living accomodation, from which you exit onto the terrace down some stairs to the swimming pool and whirlpool. On the upper floor there are 4 further bedrooms and a spacious terrace. In the separate part of the house, there is a room with billiards, while in the basement there is a small tavern for you to enjoy. The house is located in exceptionally peaceful rural surroundings, in direct proximity of St. Elijah tunnel through the Biokovo mountain, by which you can reach the sea and the Riviera of Makarska in c.10 minutes by car. The excellent road connections and the proximity of the highway enable easy exploration of the beauty of Dalmatia.

    “The house fully deserves a good rating and its price. It is modern and equipped (dryer, iron, dishwasher, etc.) so you can function like at home. A big plus is the jacuzzi, where you can bathe regardless of the weather (weather just went wrong and the water in the large pool was too cold, especially for children). The owners are very polite, when we arrived in the fridge waiting for us basic products and a tray with cheese, hams. Early in the morning they came to exchange water in the jacuzzi, but they did not wake us up;) The only downside is the lack of a gate and fence, so you have to watch small children - traffic is negligible, several cars for the day. The cottage is located 'in the mountains', away from the main road and shops.
