Welcome to Villa Reina! The house is located close to the mountains and is particularly for sports lovers and families the right choice.

The two-storey villa with a size of 450 m2 counts with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor; two of them are air conditioned. We could supply fans for the rest of the bedrooms. The 6 bedroom with the single bed has no privacy.

The wooden floor beams and the homelike decoration give a rustic touch to the house. The spacious living area has access to the pool and count with sofas, armchairs and a cozy dining area. There is a ceiling fan. WIFI is free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the house.
The spacious terrace measures about 250 m2 and offers lots of nice corners to take a rest, or have a dinner or sit down with your friends and chat. There is a barbecue zone, perfect for your garden parties. The private pool has a size of 8 x 5 meters. As the house is located directly in the village Alaró, there are direct neighbors, but the whole plot is private. The neighbors are very friendly and sometimes they come by to say hello.

Alaró is a beautiful village located very close to the mountains. It has a really easy access from the highway that comes from Palma but once you are there you can feel the flair of the real and genuine Mallorca. Most of the houses in town are built in a traditional style, with stones. The center of the village has narrow cobbled streets, and on Fridays, when the market takes places, it is really cool to go around the square and grab some fresh food from the local farmers.

From Alaró you can go to Orient, which is a charming little village into the mountain. It is famous among hikers and mountain lovers because many hiking routes start from there. If you like hiking, consider a visit to Alaró Castle, which lays up on the mountains that stays behind the village, discover its history and after the long walk, enjoy the views and have a good lunch at the restaurant over there.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Electricity: 300 kw/week are included in the rent. Any consumption beyond will be charged separately: 0,25€/kw

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
