Spectacular villa in Capdepera with private pool and beautiful views to the mountains, where 8 - 9 guests find their second home.

This wonderful rustic finca offers the peace that our guests are in search of in their vacations in the island. You will admire the impressive views to the mountains while enjoying a dip in the great chlorine pool. It sizes 11 x 5.5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.2 to 2 metres. It also presents 8 sun loungers to bask in the sun and an exterior shower. The porch by the pool and the fantastic built-in barbecue are the perfect scenery to enjoy a delicious meal or a glass of wine at sunset. Meanwhile, the family little ones will have fun at the playground area or the ping-ping table. The property is fenced and it offers total privacy.

The house, with a beautiful Mediterranean style along its two floors, offers a living - dining room where you can enjoy your meals all together and relax while watching the satellite TV channels or resting. Nevertheless, you will also find a cosy hall with a sofa and some armchairs which is is perfect for peaceful moments with a good reading. The kitchen is equipped with a gas top, oven, a table with chairs and all utensils you need to cook your delicious dishes. There are two bedrooms on this same floor, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, as well as an independent bathroom with a tub. You can choose among three more bedrooms upstairs, one with two twin beds and the other two with a double bed each. One of the latter comes with an en-suite bathtub bathroom and direct exit to the terrace with beautiful views to the fields. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and room for a cot and a high chair. A third bathroom completes the floor, also with a tub. Finally, 3 fans, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.

The property is located on the outskirts of Capdepera, about 3.5 km away. The town offers all needed services like supermarkets, bars, restaurants and much more. In addition, Cala Ratjada and its beach are only 6 km away, being one of the liveliest coastal towns of the area, not only during the day but also at night. If you prefer a more peaceful beach you can go to Cala Mesquida or make an excursion to the virgin beach of Cala Mitjana, among many others. Those who love playing golf will find the course of Capdepera 500 metres away.
