Welcome to this spacious rustic styled holiday home! Discover your own private piece of paradise in the quiet town of Vilafranca de Bonany.

This cosy, two storey accommodation with a size of 300 m2 has four bedrooms and is perfect for a holiday with the whole family or a pleasant vacation with friends. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Two of them have double beds; the other two have two single beds each. Two of the three bathrooms are located on the 1st floor, one with shower and the other with a bathtub.

The spacious living room with two comfortable sofas invites you to relax reading a good book, surfing the internet (WIFI), watching satellite TV or a DVD. During cool autumn nights you can warm up by the fireplace. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a large table and 12 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday: toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and all essential kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. Of course, there is a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with ironing board in the house.

In the garden there is a 12 x 5 m private pool. There are also sun loungers available. The lawn area measures approximately 180 m2. A few trees provide welcome shade in the summer. You can park on the street for free but there is no garage or covered parking in the house. The house has direct neighbours but the plot is completely private.

The area around Vilafranca de Bonany is primarily rural and used for agricultural purposes for a long time. The rolling hills and vast fields are perfect for romantic walks, cycling, running or hiking. The old windmills and farms round off the overall picture perfect. In the north rises the hill "Puig de Bonany", which is the highest peak of the area with 317 meters. A trip to Puig de Bonany is recommended because at the top you have great views of the surrounding area: Serra de Tramuntana and the Bay of Alcudia on clear days. In addition, there is also a small church above.

In 20 minutes by car you can reach the village of Sineu, where a weekly market is celebrated every Wednesday. There you can purchase hand-crafted items and fresh local products. You can as well try the gastronomic specialty in one of the restaurants: frit mallorquí.

From Vilafranca de Bonany you can easily go by car to the northern and south-eastern beaches of the island. In 20 to 40 minutes you can reach the sandy beach of Ses Casetes de Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, the bay Cala Magraner, the sandy beach of Porto Cristo, the bay Cala Morlanda or the beach of Porto Colom.
