Watch your children play on the beach from the patio! Fix yourself a drink and sit back and relax in your sun lounger. Enjoy the year round sun-kissed Canary Islands. And to top it all off, jump into the blue ocean, only a few meters from your apartment or enjoy a delicious meal in one of the numerous restaurants along the boardwalk.

This luxurious apartment, which offers two bedrooms, is fully furnished with attention to detail. The spacious living room and the kitchen have unobstructed views over the Atlantic Ocean and are fully equipped. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and coffee table also has a 42 inch LED flat screen television with more than 100 English, German, French and other foreign channels, a stereo and a DVD player. The DVD player also reads other forms of data, such as Xvid, Mpeg or Avi and has a USB plug. The living room also offers a dining table with four chairs and a bar with two bar stools. It is a sturdy wooden crib with a quality mattress (linens included) and not just a cheap travel cot. There are also some toys and children's books for your little one.

The 25 m²patio with lounge chairs, an awning and a dining area is only a stone's throw from the beach and provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining in a private setting. A parking space can be rented in the parking garage of the same building upon request and at a fee, offering elevator access to the apartment floor.

The building that the apartment is located in has two entrances. One of the entrances is level access (no steps) to the boardwalk, making it accessible for people who are mobility impaired. The elevator is very spacious and allows direct access from the apartment to the underground parking.

It is only a few minutes' walk via the beach promenade of 'Las Canteras', to the 'Auditorio Alfredo Kraus' (with its international film and classical music festival) and to the large shopping centre 'Las Arenas'. The commercial centre of the town of 'Mesa y López' (with the famous shopping centre 'Corte Inglés') can easily be reached on foot.
