Typical Mallorquin holiday house with a large garden and a private pool near the beach

This typical, rural Mallorquin property is located outside of the town centre in a quiet neighbourhood with little through traffic, yet with easy access to the centre of town, the beach and the mountains. The detached 150 m² house has two storeys. The house sits on a 9000 m² and was fully renovated at the beginning of 2014.

The property boasts two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and the other one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub one with a shower, a hairdryer, a sink and a toilet. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, satellite television and a radio.     “Unfortunately we had to leave again after 5 days.
    A very nice property. Everything was there, what you need to start a summer vacation. The pool was a dream. The property is huge. A tip: to swim under the stars at night.
    Magda was a great hostess from start to finish. Inquire even in between, if everything was ok.

    An important tip: Before you leave the property and maybe come back in the dark ... necessarily in the Navi store. We probably awoke all the goats and lambs in the area, because we did not do that and then did not find the place (after hours searching anyway). :-)

    We can only recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend great days away from mass tourism in his "own estate ".
