The stately holiday villa was built in 1946 in typical Canarian style and last underwent a complete renovation in 2007. It is located in Valsequillo on the island of Gran Canaria and offers living space of 150 m² for up to six people, in addition to extensive grounds.

There are three spacious bedrooms in total. Two are equipped with two single beds each (0.90 m x 1.90 m), while one has a double bed (1.55 m x 2.00 m) and its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. In addition, there is a further bathroom which has a bathtub with shower facility, washbasin and toilet. The large living room, where the open kitchen is integrated, has a cosy living room suite, a fireplace and a TV with satellite connection plus a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for family meals, along with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and microwave. Central heating and WLAN are in all the rooms. A washing machine and iron are also at your disposal during your stay.

However, the highlight of the home is definitely the large private pool, beside which you can forget the stress of everyday life on the sun loungers. You can also find a roofed grill/barbecue area as well as garden furniture on the terrace. There is also a private parking area for your car on the property. The fenced-off property offers a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains.

You will find shopping possibilities for your daily needs as well as a restaurant and public transport about 150 m away in the nearby surrounding area. The nearest sandy beach is about 12 km away. However, the surrounding area also offers many other recreational activities such as e.g. mountain biking, mountain climbing, horseback riding, cycling, golf, gourmet tours, hiking, tennis, archery and canoeing. At the sea, you can also go diving, windsurfing or boating.

One could also grapes and citrus eat that grow on the property. Las Vegas is a small, quiet village in a beautiful location, perfect for those who seek peace. From there, one can very well all the possible locations of the island, since it is centrally located. We did have a wonderful holiday.
