Stunning villa with a large pool by the beach

This stunning, detached villa with a large house and pool is located in a popular neighbourhood in a swimming cove away from the centre of town.

This property is impressive! It sits elevated above a garage and is surrounded by natural stone walls. The tall plan trees lead the way to the staircase, which leads to the entrance, the conservatory and the pool. The luxurious 152 m², two storey holiday home boasts three comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, a large, separate kitchen and a cosy conservatory. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm canopy bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 200 cm x 200 cm double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm each). All beds boast quality sheets. At the heart of the house is the classic living room with comfortable sofas and an armchair, where you can relax in the evening. For your evening entertainment, there are a flat screen satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining table can accommodate all guests for a communal meal. The large kitchen is furnished with all necessary appliances and plenty of counter space, so you can cook comfortably. It is equipped with a four burner glass ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and small appliances, such as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The conservatory offers another dining table and chairs in front of the fireplace. The spacious bathroom boasts a window, a bathtub, a double sink with under sink storage and a toilet. The second bathroom boasts a shower tub, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. There is also a window with a mosquito net. The house is air conditioned (heating/cooling). The house also has wireless internet access.

Outside, you will find the 800 m² property with no direct neighbours. The subtropical garden surrounds a large private pool (10 m x 5 m x 1.20 m, depth up to 2.10 m). Next to the pool ate two sun loungers and a dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The garage offers a gym and a ping pong table.

It is only 150 meters to a beautiful swimming cove. It is only 200 meters to a restaurant. Restaurants and nightlife, shops and bars can be found in town, only 2 km from the house. It is 1 km to a tennis court and 5 km to a golf course.

    “We loved this house. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pool and gardens are beautiful. You will definitely need a car as the closest food shop is about 5km away in L’Ampolla. The beach is at the end of the road and is very pretty. The only downside was that we had to pay an extra €50 to the key holder as our flight arrived after their offices had closed, I didn’t see any details about this when booking. The house decor could’ve done with modernising but this didn’t effect our stay. The key holder was lovely and spoke good English. We would definitely go back.”

    “The customer came after midnight, at 03:45 !!! to the Keyholder's house. He has the cheapest flight from Birmingham gebjuchgt who should arrive until 21:10 in Barcelona. He was late. The distance to the village is not 5 km, but 2km. You can check this on the map.”

    “The Villa was excellent, pool was tip top and plenty of sun beds, parasol's the villa came with equipment you can take to the beach, the beach is at the bottom of the hill, which is unfortunately taken up by cars from early in the morning (from the villa to the beach), but it is easy enough to walk down.

    The handover was easy, but we were charged 30 euros for arriving past 8pm and also charged 10 euros for not cleaning the BBQ.”

    “Equipment is extensive. Everything is actually there from washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and much more. Unfortunately, the furniture was a bit old speak not modern but functional. The only thing that is really missing is a lighting or electricity connection to the patio / grill under the awning so it is advisable to take a camping lantern to use the place properly, because if you want to grill you would like to eat outside. The beach is really only 200 m down the hill, unfortunately, this is listed as a "landmark " and is therefore always very well visited what the street during the day thanks to parking situation made the one-way street.”
