Holiday house and holiday apartment in an ideal location for a relaxing and interesting holiday by the Flensburg Fjord

This is a peacefully and idyllically situated holiday house with an adjoining holiday apartment in the little village of Westerholz in Angeln, right by the Baltic Sea by the Flensburg Fjord. The detached house is very quietly situated at the head end of a residential street, by an extensive site and just a short walk from the beach where you can swim. Enjoy a relaxing and cultural holiday in one of the most beautiful holiday regions of Schleswig-Holstein.

The holiday house (atraveo no. 934307) with an east-facing and a west-facing balcony, a terrace, a garden, a garage and a parking space provides 165m² of living space on the ground floor and upper floor. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms each with two single beds and a generous daylight bathroom, while the separate kitchen, the living room with access to the south-facing terrace and the garden, a storage room with access to the garage, and a guest WC are on the ground floor.

The holiday apartment (atraveo no. 934594) on the other hand occupies the eastern part of the ground floor and has a private entrance on the east side of the house, accessed along a garden path. The living space of 57m² provides a bedroom with two single beds, a daylight shower room, a separate kitchen and a living room with a single bed. The external door in the living room leads out onto the south-facing terrace and the private garden.

The house and the apartment are therefore completely independent and can be booked either separately or in combination.

There is a garage on site for a car, with a maximum height of 200cm, which can be booked for a fee. A remote control for the electronic garage door is then provided.

The monitored swimming beach with a playground and snack bar is 400 metres away. It is only a few minutes to the Autal. The way to the Angeln Landscape Museum in Unewatt takes you through a beautiful nature reserve. There are some farm shops nearby with fresh milk or homemade bread. The picturesque waterfront promenade leads as far as Langballigau (ca. 1200 metres) along the beach to the yacht harbour with further restaurants, snack bars, a playground and souvenir shops. In this neighbouring locality you can buy fresh fish in the mornings straight from the fishing boats. Occasionally boats dock at the jetty offering day trips and there are also regular leisure boats offering trips from Langballigau. You can inform yourself about current schedules at the jetty itself or at the Langballig tourism office, where you can also find shops, a doctor and a pharmacy (4km). Other trip destinations are the Geltinger Birk (26km), Winderatter See (12km), Maasholm (31km, Kappeln (33km) and Flensburg (19km). Denmark is not far away and it is only 65km to the North Sea, e.g. to Husum.

Comfortable and fully-furnished holiday house with a great outdoor area for a relaxing holiday

You step through the front door on the north side of the house into the hallway of the house decorated in a rustic, cosy and inviting style. Owing to the many external doors out onto balconies and terraces, the interior receives plenty of pleasant daylight. On the left side there is the stairway to the upper floor, while the living room and kitchen are straight ahead at the end of the hallway, and the guest WC, the storage room and access to the garage are on the right. If you go up the stairs you join the hallway with three bedrooms and a bathroom branching off it. All the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds next to each other, with bedside tables on either side. The first bedroom (beds 90 x 190cm) also has a wardrobe, a chair and access to the west-facing balcony. Then there is the most spacious bedroom with a balcony on the east side It has a larger and a smaller single bed (100 x 200cm, 90 x 190cm), as well as three armchairs and an east-facing balcny with a view over the locality towards the waterfront and the Danish coast. A cot and a big wardrobe are also provided. The third bedroom with two single bed measuring 100 x 200cm is behind the first and also leads out onto the west-facing balcony. The bathroom has a window, a modern shower cubicle, a bath, a big towel radiator, a WC and a washbasin. You can relax in the living room after a day trip on the wicker suite with a sofa and three armchairs, as well as a solid wood coffee table. A TV with satellite channels and a DVD player provides entertainment in the evening. A crackling fire in the fireplace exudes pleasant warmth during the cooler season. The separate kitchen enables convenient self-caering with a dishwasher, an electric four-ring hob with an oven, a fridge and freezer and a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.

Outside you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden in an undisturbed south-facing location. Children will enjoy the big lawn for playing. Under the roofed terrace there is garden furntire for dining outdoors. There is also a grill. There are two car parkingspaces in the garage and the driveway.
