This apartment building is only 300 metres from the sea. It has 3 floors. The apartments are 60 m2 and furnished in a modern style. They each have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture. Youll find bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a doctor and a pharmacy only a few metres away. Alcossebre is a small village 32 km south of Peñiscola. It lies in a small valley surrounded by the Castillo de Xivert Mountains. The valley is not far from the Sierra de Irta y las Atalayas. The beach within walking distance is good but there are much nicer beaches. Just 5 minutes by car to the beautiful part. Clean and beautiful sandy beaches.
