    “Deauville is a very nice tranquil place that offers everything you need. Sufficient restaurant, bistros and brasseries, various supermarkets or bakeries and butchers.     “The place St. Arnoult, where the cottage is, is rather quiet. It is about 4 km to the beach; not necessarily walking ;-) But with the car or bike is not a problem. There are also several supermarkets and gas stations between Deauville and St. Arnoult.
