    “Sao Luis was 4 km from the house, we have just driven through it on our way to another destination, so can not judge the place properly. We did our shopping in Odemira where Intermarche is.
    The coastal town of Vila Nova de Milfontes is very nice and the beach is also fantastic with many different views and opportunities for calm sea or rough sea, because you are there at the mouth of the river.

    “We always drove through Sao Luis and did not find the place very attractive. We found a small supermarket, not particularly recommended.     “Sao Luis is a small Alentejo village approx. 7 km from the property. Place has a supermarket and a covered market with fresh vegetables and vis.Sinds a few months also a very nice restaurant near the church, Varanda da Aldeia. Sao Luis is also a starting point for a hike in the Rota Vicentina. The local round of 3,5 km gives a good impression of the area.”
